Don’t send me an email to review my food when I ordered at half 6, it said it would be here for 7.40pm, I called at 8.20pm and was told it had just left the shop and it’s not 9.05pm and it’s still not here. £40 down the drain and nothing to show for it. Will never order from here again

First and last time unfortunately. Order was delivered within an hour and everything was nice and hot, that's where the positives end. I found the food to be very bland and the chicken shawarma was so dry I couldn't eat it. It also said that the wrap came with garlic sauce but I couldn't taste or see any sauce.

After three phone calls asking where our order was and many excuses we finally received the food at 9pm, two hours and 15 minutes after ordering and way too late for me to eat. Really disappointed with the service this time but the food is always lovely

Always been great before last night. But seriously disappointed in last night's delivery and food temperature. Original online order said it would be about 30 min to deliver. It arrived 1½hrs later. When the food arrived it was not hot enough to eat so had to microwave it. ????

Food wasn’t good. Chicken wings were burnt black and rest wasn’t very good. Had lamb Shish previously which was nice, but this was poor. Came ages after time as well despite chasing up with shop.

I ordered the food online via Feedmeonline. I never received a confirmation email. Adviceo n website is to contact restaurant to check if everything is okay. I tried this but couldn't get through, so I was a bit worried when it was approaching an hour since ordering and getting late in the day. Thankfully, the food did arrive and it was great. I received a £1 refund as they didn't have any Dr Pepper left and apparently couldn't get in touch with me. I had my phone with me so I'm not sure why I didn't receive a call from them. I've also been to the takeaway and ordered food in person. It was great on this occasion as well. We'll be ordering from here again.
